- Pain Points
3. Genuine Trigger Based Personalisation
Using the research from step 2 I was now able to write hyper-personalised messages.
Before: “Hope you’re well! I noticed your company…”
After: “Saw {{Company}} recently submitted a bid for {{Project/Contract}}.
